Flydubai Job Responsibilities
- Ensures that the crew management system (AIMS) is configured in accordance with the GCAA regulations and Company policies.
- Identifies potential areas of automation and efficiency on a continuous basis and works with the vendor to achieve them.
- Works with the vendor to ensure all audit findings and other issues are resolved in the most efficient and effective way.
- Plans and tests all changes and enhancements of the crew management system (in coordination with IT) before going live to ensure minimum disruption to the business.
- Provides administrative support by generating/ preparing statistics required as part of Management Information Reporting.
- Prepares systems-related training/guidance material and provides orientation for new joiners on system usage.
- Assist in the resolution of audit findings and queries from the GCAA in relation to the crew management system.
